Leela White is a Licensed Professional Counselor serving adults, couples, and families. Leela has over 23 years of experience in the field. She draws upon her rich background and diverse professional experience to create a partnership for those desiring something better for themselves – reduced stress, better relationships, improved life conditions. Leela’s approach is holistic and grounded in evidence-based practices to facilitate success and to empower lasting change for desired results.
Leela holds a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and a Master’s degree in Humanistic & Transpersonal Psychology. She is certified in EMDR. Leela is a Reiki Master, Certified Yoga Instructor, and is a student of Ayurveda. She has worked in settings of private practice, non-profit organizations, and for-profit agencies serving individuals throughout the lifespan and across disabilities.
